This cartridge works great. Never had any paper jam problems. The price is a little high and there is no high quality cheap refilled ones available. we tried a few different refilled ones and they were all not very satisfactory. But instead of paying $80 for a new cartridge, I just bought re-filled ones for $30, and so far, the re-filled cartridges are still going strong. I don't know what HP is thinking. Yes, you can "mail back" your old cartidges for reconditioning, but HP doesn't give you any money to do so (I guess you're just expected to "love green"), and at least our local UPS store refused to accept the pre-printed UPS label for sending back old cartridges. So again, I don't know why anyone would pay the extra $50 if you can find a highly-rated company that reconditions cartridges.
